We have grown our plants with love and hope that you’ll take good care of them too! Tip for all plants: transfer to a bigger pot to give the plant more room to grow. Location and watering advice can be found on the label or sleeve, but we provide more tips below to help you fully enjoy your purchase.

Hydrangea Macrophylla (Hortensia):

  • Our Hydrangea Macrophylla are garden hydrangeas.
  • The best location is outside in the shade or in the partial sun. White flowers, particularly, can soon burn in the full sun.
  • Water the plant three to five times a week, depending on the weather, preferably avoiding the flowers.
  • When the plant has finished flowering, remove the dead blooms so that the hydrangea flowers again next season.
  • Although the plant is hardy, you can cover the plant or place it inside during periods of severe frost.
  • The blue hydrangeas will return as pink flowers next season, but if you would prefer blue flowers again, ask a garden centre about the possibilities of purchasing this yourself.

Ranunculus Success (Ranunculus):

  • Water the plant three to five times a week, depending on the weather, preferably avoiding the flowers.
  • Snip off the dead blooms so that you encourage the plant to flower again.
  • In periods of frost, cover the plant or place it inside – Ranunculus is not a hardy plant.
  • It flowers for about six to eight weeks.
Zuidenwindlelie

Ornithogalum Thyrsoides (Chincherinchee):

  • The Ornithogalum can be placed indoors or outdoors.
  • The best location is outside in the shade or in the partial sun. It can also be placed in the full sun.
  • Water the plant three times a week, preferably avoiding the flowers.
  • The Ornithogalum is not a hardy plant.
  • It flowers for about six to eight weeks.

Leucophyta Brownii (Silver bush):

  • Give the plant a small amount of water four times a week.
  • The Calocephalus can bloom with spherical yellow flowers in August/September.
  • It is resistant to frost and is ‘evergreen’, though with silver foliage!
